Absolutely no customer service. The bartender, pretentious and rude. I tried to reason with this guy about prices and he points out a board that comes with the price of what they charge. I ask for a soda and he charges me $6. When he points to the board I said it does not say soda is $6. There is no mention of such things. Then he goes on to tell me that it is. I ask who is manager is and I like to talk to them, he ask me why, like as if I have no reason to. I have good reasons and primarily its this rude bartender in my face who is not giving service and is not being reasonable and polite. I just want an explanation and be treated like any paying customer. Since the place is my first time, I could not believe i am treated in such a way that my money is not good enough since the bartender says that my money and business is not good enough and if I do not like how I am being charged and treated, get out. Who says that? I have been in customer service for years and I know you do not talk to potential customers that way. How does this place make money? Anyways, the bartender lies to me and tells me he is the manager and I ask a logical question about why the price of soda is 6 and he tells me to pay the girls, I look around me and question him about what girls who are sitting next to me, I am sitting along and talking to no one. Then goes on he does not know why it is priced that way then. To tell me “I don’t know” is not a good answer to customers. Also, this is a lie I caught him in about being a manager. As a manager, how do you not know? Also, I am pretty sure the Korean women there are working illegally. I hope the CBP finds out about this. Absolute disgrace of a business.
